Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund have named their starting XIs for tonight’s Klassiker at the Allianz Arena.
In the absence of the injured Leroy Sané for Bayern, Kingsley Coman starts on the wing, while Javi Martínez is rewarded for his Super Cup winner with a starting spot in midfield, as Serge Gnabry misses out.
For Dortmund, Marwin Hitz comes in between the posts for the ill Roman Bürki, while Julian Brandt replaces Jadon Sancho, who also didn’t travel due to sickness.
Captain Marco Reus is also back into the starting line-up for the first time in almost 250 days, along with Mahmoud Dahoud, Thomas Delaney and Felix Passlack.
Dortmund won the corresponding fixture between these sides last season at the Westfalenstadion.
