The Rossoneri gathered at Milanello for breakfast this morning before getting down to work under new coach Paulo Fonseca.

REPORT The first part of today's session was dedicated to muscle activation work, with the group performing athletic exercises with the aid of cones. Having warmed up, the players then completed a series of technical-tactical drills with an emphasis on defensive work. To finish, there was a practice match on a small pitch.
