It’s almost time for Christian Eriksen to decide on his future.

According to Sky Sports, the choice is now between Brentford and Manchester United, which would be a no brainer for most footballers.

The 30-year-old previously attracted interest from former club Tottenham Hotspur, but they’ve now left the room and appear to be targeting other players this summer. Eriksen made over 300 appearances for the Lilywhites between 2013 to 2020.

However, both Brentford and United have tabled offers for the Denmark international, so we are now playing the waiting game.

The Metro claims that the Dane is deliberately delaying the decision to choose his next destination because he supposedly wants to see how United perform in the transfer window before finally deciding what move would be bets for his career.

In a recent interview with Viaplay, as per Sports Mole, Eriksen said: “There are many criteria and many different things inside such a decision. Sometimes it goes fast in football, other times a little slower. I have to make the best decision and not rush anything through.

“I have different offers and options, which we are considering, and then we make a decision.”

Surely a move to Old Trafford is more appealing and financially attractive?

Maybe Eriksen enjoys life in London, and he’s settled back there since returning to the city in January.

I mean, Manchester is a great city too!
