Back in the 2004/05 season, the Nike Total 90 Aerow became the Premier League’s first ever hi-visibility winter ball.
This year, when the clocks go back in October, a brand new hi-vis ball will once again feature in England’s top flight and it’s a brilliant tribute to the original Total 90 Aerow.

The Premier League Hi-Vis Merlin features the same colour scheme and the T90 logo from the original ball and it’s the first time in Premier League history that the winter version has been a different design to the regular season Merlin.
To celebrate their 20 year partnership with the Premier League, Nike will also be releasing a limited edition replica of the Total 90 Aerow to fans in November.
Cool or what?
The Hi-Vis Merlin is set to feature in the Premier League from 25 October onwards.
