Son Heung-minâs super solo effort against Burnley has been named the Premier League Goal of the Month for December.
The South Korean dribbled 71.4 metres in only 11 seconds to score in Tottenhamâs 5-0 victory over the Clarets on 7 December.
âItâs a big honour for me especially with this special goal,â Son told the Premier Leagueâs official website.
âAs soon as I got the ball, I tried to find a pass and I was a bit lucky, I dribbled into the space where no-one was.
âI tried to finish it well because the action before was really quick. I was really focused on my finishing â it was an amazing feeling.â
Son beat Jack Grealish, Rodri, Xherdan Shaqiri, Kevin De Bruyne, Michael Obafemi, Jordan Ayew and Aaron Mooy to the award.
