The positions most in need of transfers at Leicester

The Blue Army were worried enough as it was going into the new year. The new Leicester City manager, Dutchman Ruud van Nistelrooy, is seemingly incapable. The Foxes board are rightly under fire from fans and some experts. While results and performances have only gotten worse really, in spite of a bit of false hope. However, we may actually get further additions!

Where Leicester City must improve

The goalkeeping department is adequately stocked in my opinion. It doesn't look like Danny Ward nor Daniel Iversen will get close to the starting lineup again. The latter is okay, but we can all agree this is good news. Mads Hermansen and Jakub Stolarczyk have the role on lock.

When we have Hermansen back, I think we have a more than Premier League-level goalkeeper. I actually rate Stolarczyk as well. He could survive in the division by the look of it.

The defence clearly requires a major refresh. Full back Coulibaly has arrived; footage of him playing in Serie A was impressive, to be honest. Yet a competent centre back is more than necessary.

I dread to say it, but the entire back line really needs replacing. On his day, Wout Faes can perform; that's once in a blue moon. People seem to rate Victor Kristiansen; I am unconvinced.

I don't mind LCFC's central midfielders. It would have been nice to have Wilfred Ndidi more regularly. The midfield would be strong enough with the Nigerian.

Typically reliable stars such as Harry Winks aren't really competing satisfactorily in the top flight. Hopefully Boubakary Soumare will reprise his partnership with Ndidi.

Bilal El Khannouss and Facundo Buonanotte have my votes in the wing/No.10 areas. Stephy Mavididi can do more albeit he's highly skilled. The wingers are good enough in general. Having Abdul Fatawu back sooner would be ideal

A striker is arguably needed at the King Power. You could argue for having another proper goalscorer to lessen the ageing Jamie Vardy's heavy workload.
