We all know about Barcelona’s iconic blue and red stripes.
But what about when the Catalan giants play away from home?
There’s been some truly sensational away shirts in the club’s history, but which was the best?
Here’s our top five.
This was massive for everyone at Barcelona.
The club and its fans had waited for years to get Catalonia’s red and yellow stripes firmly onto a kit.
The 2013-14 away shirt did that, with brilliant results.
For a brief period in the 1990s Kappa produced some brilliantly madcap kits for Barcelona.
This, their 1996/97 away shirt in teal green was almost too 90s to be true.
Yes. Please.
A reimagining of Barcelona’s iconic yellow away kit, 45 years after the original (we’ll get to that in a minute).
As with all of Barça’s most recent kits, ignore the in-your-face sponsors – and focus solely on that sash. Anything with a sash is a winner in our eyes.
Bright orange. V-neck collar. Mad 90s detailing on the shoulders and arms.
This was Barcelona in the 1992 European Cup final and the night of their – at that point anyway – greatest ever moment.
Excuse us while we just take a moment.
The round-neck collar, the canary yellow, the sash – THE SASH!.
This shirt is everything and we starting a petition to make it illegal for Barcelona to wear anything else.
