The Club has received an allocation of 26,602 tickets located in the East end of Wembley Stadium. Qualifying supporters can purchase up to two tickets each for this fixture.

Entering Wembley Stadium

All supporters aged 11 and older must show evidence of one of the following to be allowed entry to Wembley Stadium. Failure to do so will mean you are unable to enter the stadium.

  1. Proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test (LFT), reported and demonstrated via your NHS COVID Pass on the NHS app, or a text message or email from NHS Test and Trace. This can be on your device or a printout. The test needs to be taken within 48 hours of the time stadium gates open (meaning three hours before match kick-off).
  2. Proof of full vaccination - both doses received at least 14 days prior to the match. It must be demonstrated either via your NHS COVID Pass on the NHS App or the English vaccination letter. Please note, COVID vaccination cards will not be accepted.

From this allocation, the following groups will receive tickets for this match: Supporters, Seasonal Hospitality Supporters, Owner, Board of Directors, Football Management, Players, Club Officials and Staff, Former Players, Club Partners and the MCFC Supporters Club.

Four categories of match ticket are available to purchase, priced as follows:

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets will not be available to purchase or collect ‘in person’ at the Stadium Ticket Office for this match. For this fixture, supporters can choose their seats online.

All children (under 16) must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Children under the age of 2 are not permitted into the stadium under any circumstances.

QUALIFYING SALES CRITERIA

Subject to availability, tickets can be purchased online at http://tickets.mcfc.co.uk/events.aspx or by telephone on 0161 444 1894 (option 6) ** by supporters who meet the following criteria.

  • Cityzens with a 2021/22 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 10,000 or more ticket points can buy two tickets – Wednesday 28th July at 9am
  • Cityzens with a 2021/22 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 5,000 or more ticket points can buy two tickets – Wednesday 28th July at 1pm
  • All Cityzens with a 2021/22 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard can buy two tickets – Wednesday 28th July at 3pm
  • All Cityzens Matchday members can buy two tickets – Thursday 29th July at 9am
  • General sale supporters can buy two tickets – Thursday 29th July at 12pm

**Tickets purchased over the telephone will be subject to a £2.50 booking fee per ticket. Phone lines are open 8am-8pm, 7 days a week.

Match tickets will be despatched as Print@home tickets from Wednesday 4th August.

The Club would like to remind supporters that it advises against booking travel or accommodation for fixtures until they secure a ticket.

Please note there are no guarantees the sales criteria will reach each window listed above. Should any tickets remain; further selling criteria will be announced on the website.

TICKETS FOR DISABLED SUPPORTERS - ONLINE

The Club has received an allocation of 100 wheelchair bays and an allocation of seating for ambulant disabled supporters. Qualifying supporters will also be allocated a complimentary personal assistant seat, should they be eligible. Qualifying disabled supporters can purchase online as follows.

Wheelchair Users

  1. Select any available wheelchair bay from one of the following blocks:
  1. 102 to 104, 106 to 108, 110 to 113, 115 to 117, 119 to 122, 513 and 514
  1. Select the quantity required as one ticket.
  2. This will automatically add your personal assistant’s seat to your basket.
  3. Within the basket, simply change the owner of the second ticket to that of your personal assistant

Ambulant Disabled

  • Wembley have advised Row 31 in Level 1 as being the most suitable for ambulant disabled supporters.
  • You must buy on row 31 in Level 1 to receive the discounted rate.
  • When buying your tickets online, select two seats on row 31 and change the owner of the second ticket to that of your personal assistant

FORGOTTEN YOUR ONLINE LOG IN?

Supporters purchasing online will need to have a valid email address which is already registered with the Club, and a valid supporter number, before they can log into their account online. If any supporter has forgotten their password, they will have the option to request a new password which will be sent to their registered email address. You can also view your ticket points online by logging in here, and clicking ‘My Account’.

LINKING YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Don’t forget to link your Friends and Family before you buy. You can do this at any time, why not log in online now and set your group up now.

JUNIOR SEASONCARD HOLDERS:

We appreciate that there may be a significant difference in ticket points between junior supporters (under 18) and their parent(s) or guardian(s). An allocation of tickets will be made available to 2021/22 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard holders aged under 18, for purchase together with a qualifying adult Seasoncard holder.

Please note, this option is available to supporters online and purchasing over the phone, and all juniors must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over). Once this limited allocation has been sold, no further tickets will be available and all junior Seasoncard holders must then qualify in their own right to purchase a ticket. Supporters will be advised at the point of sale when the limited allocation of tickets available to juniors has sold out.

OFFICIAL MATCH TICKET

Entry to Wembley Stadium will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club.  The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to Wembley Stadium as a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.

Coach Travel

Official coach travel departing from the Etihad Stadium at approximately 10am is available to purchase whilst booking your match ticket. Coach travel is priced at £30 per person.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

We would like to remind everyone why we have the best supporters in the country.  On your visit to Wembley, please respect the stewards and staff at the Club and we remind you:

  • That the use of pyrotechnics, flares and smoke bombs strictly prohibited.
  • To remain in the seat that you have purchased.
  • To keep your ticket with you at all times.
  • Do not block the aisles or gangways.
  • Do not smoke.
  • To follow the ground regulations.

All tickets are sold subject to availability and are issued subject to Manchester City Football Club Limited’s 2021-22 terms and conditions of sale, and the applicable Ground Regulations of Wembley Stadium.
