It was a Sunday feast of Premier League action as four games took place ending in a titanic title tussle at Anfield.
Here's what we made of the action.
There were goals galore in the early fixtures as Manchester United got their first home Premier League win under Ruben Amorim by thrashing Everton 4-0, while Chelsea put three past out-of-sort Aston Villa.
Tottenham continued their mixed start to the season as they were held to a draw against Fulham, who ended the game with 10 men.
Then, Liverpool took centre-stage as they eased past Manchester City 2-0 courtesy of goals from Cody Gakpo and Mohamed Salah to extend their lead at the top of the table.
Players 1 through 11 for Liverpool were excellent, but with no genuinely standout star, we've opted for Amorim's newest hero, Amad Diallo.
Rejuvenated at right wing-back, the Ivorian grabbed two assists for his side, as well as creating another goal by robbing Jarrad Branthwaite on the halfway line.
Is he tailor-made for Amorim's system?

Liverpool fans had a simple and clear message to the Liverpool owners ahead of the game...
Back to Manchester United, and the decision to sack Ten Hag is looking an excellent one already.
For the first time in three years, they have won a game by four goals or more.
They didn't even manage it once under the Dutchman.😳
The major fallout is that Liverpool have moved nine points clear at the top of the Premier League, and a massive 11 ahead of Manchester City.
Chelsea move level with Arsenal in second, but behind their London rivals on alphabetical order, while Villa's eight game winless run has seen them drop down to 12th, though just a point behind seventh.
They are level on points with both Manchester United (9th) and Fulham (10th). Both of whom picked up points on Sunday, and are just a point behind Tottenham in 7th.

Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou bemoaned his side's inability to put the game to bed against Fulham.
"It was a tough game, tight game, not a lot of openings for either side. We started well, should have been 1-0 up, then they had their spell and Fraser [Forster] made good saves. We just could not push on. We tried to get momentum late in game when they were down to 10, but just couldn't get it done.”
But on the other hand, Fulham's Marco Silva was keen to stress he felt his side deserved all three points: "I think that everybody should recognise that the team who deserved to win this afternoon was ourselves. We deserved to win. We played our way with our identity on the pitch".
Ruben Amorim was keen to focus more on the performance of his Manchester United side than the result, despite winning 4-0.
"The result was good but we were pragmatic. It was not pretty but we were pragmatic. We did our job, which is to win. You can feel that we have a long way to go. "You can't just focus on the result, you have to focus on the way the result appeared. Like before the game, we have so much to do, but it is better to work with victories. Let's focus on the performance more than the result.”
Aston Villa boss Unai Emery was keen not to let their poor form get him down, laying down a challenge to his players:
"We believe completely in our work. There are still matches to play and we are going to recover our confidence, trying to build the team. We have to try to be better than we are being now. We can individually do better."
And Chelsea's Cole Palmer made sure not to enter into title talk, saying: "If we keep winning, I'm sure we'll be near the top four. We're just trying to keep going and win plenty of games."
Finally, Pep Guardiola encouraged his players to stick with it as they suffered a fourth straight loss in the Premier League.

"We'll reset and start from zero and it is difficult to believe it. I rely a lot on these players, I know they are in this position. We'll see what happens by the end of the season. All I can say is thank you to them because I know the commitment that they showed with and without the ball. There is a moment where maybe it will click. I congratulate Liverpool, they deserve the victory and we accept the situation right now and we'll build from that."
You don't have to wait too long for more Premier League action, with a full card of games midweek.
Headed by Arsenal's clash with Manchester United, it also sees Liverpool travel to Newcastle.
At the other end, Everton host Wolves and Ipswich face Crystal Palace in a pair of relegation six pointers.
