The last 16 of the Club World Cup was completed overnight with our quarter-final line-up complete.
Here's what happened.
Once again it was a case of no Kylian Mbappé, no problem for Real Madrid as they beat Juventus in the battle of the European heavyweights.
In Mbappé's absence it was Gonzalo García who netted the only goal of the game with a brilliant second half header.
Later in the evening it was Borussia Dortmund who booked their place in the final eight as they beat Mexican outfit Monterrey.
Two first half goals from Serhou Guirassy were enough as the Bundesliga side held off their spirited opponents for a 2-1 victory.

Gonzalo García is arguably been the surprise of the Club World Cup so far, coming from nowhere to star in Real Madrid's attack.
The 21-year-old only played three times last term without scoring a goal but at this tournament the youngster has already bagged three in four games.
It means that the quarter-finals are now set with Real Madrid facing Borussia Dortmund in New Jersey on Saturday evening.
The winner of that match will play with Paris Saint-Germain or Bayern Munich.

"It was difficult. They are a great team. We had a good first half, it got a bit harder in the second. We were quite tough from a mindset perspective. I should have scored at least three goals today, but the most important thing is the victory... It was a good experience [playing against tough players]. I like to play against players like Sergio Ramos. He is a good guy. Against Real Madrid, I expect another tough match. We will be prepared for them." Serhou Guirassy, Dortmund striker
“Today, the crowd and our fans and people who understand football saw that the team gave everything, what is required to win a game like this one. Sometimes in football, things go well. Some other times, you have to suffer a defeat with pride and your head up. We played a fantastic game from the first minute to the last one. We knew Dortmund would have efficiency up front with their speed and the big guy up front. They were very efficient in the first 45. … Our conscience is very clear. We are happy. Sometimes, things don’t go the way that you want.” Sergio Ramos, Monterrey centre-back
"I'm really delighted with the result, going through, and with the performance as well. I think after the first 15 minutes we started getting good control, we had to work, it was going to be tough, but we were professional and did really well." Xabi Alonso, Real Madrid coach
We have a break for a few days now with the next game coming on Friday when Fluminense take on Al Hilal for a place in the semi-finals.
