The confirmed Newcastle United team v Manchester United has now been announced.
Newcastle United looking to make it five wins in a row (all competitions) for the first time this season.
If Newcastle can play to the levels they showed in the Leicester, Brentford, Ipswich and Aston Villa matches, then an excellent chance that NUFC will be picking up another victory today.
It would be three home defeats in a row for Man U if they lose, plus six defeats in their last seven domestic league and cup games.
If Eddie Howe and his players get the victory, it will ensure they enter 2025 in fifth place in the Premier League.
Dubravka, Trippier, Schar, Burn, Hall, Tonali, Bruno, Joelinton, Murphy, Isak, Gordon
So no changes from the team that won 3-0 against Aston Villa.
Subs:
Vlachodimos, Osula, Almiron, Kelly, Willock, Barnes, Longstaff, Lewis Miley, Livramento
Livramento back in the squad but only on the bench.
