Derby County forward Jerry Yates has won the Championship Goal of the Month for November for his brilliant overhead kick against Plymouth Argyle.
The 28-year-old, who is on loan from Swansea City, struck in stunning fashion just eight minutes into his side's clash with Argyle, managed by former Rams player and manager Wayne Rooney.
