18:21 – Borussia Monchengladbach are in with Real Madrid, Inter and Shakhtar

18:20 – FC Mitdjylland, another side making their debut, will be in Group D alongside Liverpool, Ajax and Atalanta.

18:19 – First-timers Stade Rennais have been drawn in Group E with Sevilla, Chelsea and Krasnodar.

18:18 – Istanbul Basaksehir will be in Group H, playing PSG, Man United and RB Leipzig.

18:17 – Club Brugge are next out of the pot and will be in Group F where they will play Zenit, Dortmund and Lazio.

18:16 – Lokomotiv Moscow are in Group A and will face Bayern, Atleti and Salzburg.

18:15 – First out is former winners Marseille, who will be in Group C with Porto, Man City and Olympiacos.

18:14 – Some new boys in Pot Four coming right up …

18:11 – Some barrel-scraping banter about Lewandowski’s dance moves here. Pot Four is mercilessly close.

18:07 – Forwards of the Season now – Robert Lewandowski and Pernille Harder.

18:06 – How are you feeling Man United fans?

18:05 – Which means Inter are in Group B with Real Madrid and Shakhtar, while Lazio are in Group F with Zenit and Dortmund.

18:05 – Salzburg’s turn now, and they are in Group A with Bayern and Atleti.

18:04 – Dynamo Kyiv are out now, and they are in Group G with Juventus and Barcelona.

18:03 – Olympiacos are the latest side out of the hat, and they will be in Group C with Porto and Manchester City.

18:03 – Last season’s surprise, Atalanta, are in Group D and will play Liverpool and Ajax.

18:01 – It’s RB Leipzig now, drawn in Group H with PSG and Manchester United. Wow.

18:00 – First out is Krasnodar, who will be in Group E alongside Sevilla and Chelsea.

17:59 – We’re now just moments away from finding out where the clubs in Pot Three will be placed.

17:55 – A reminder of the groups so far.

17:53 – Midfielder of the Season now, which has been awarded to Kevin de Bruyne and Dzsenifer Marozsán.

17:52 – This is the big one!

17:51 – A tough one for Manchester United, who have been placed in Group H against PSG. Which means that Manchester City will play Porto in Group C!

17:50 – It’s Borussia Dortmund now, who have been placed in Group F against Zenit.

17:49 – Shakhtar have been drawn in Group B against Real Madrid!

17:48 – Dutch champions Ajax are in Group D and will play Liverpool.

17:47 – Barcelona have been drawn in Group G, meaning they will play Juventus. Now we’re talking! Ronaldo vs Messi.

17:47 – Chelsea will be in Group E and will face Sevilla.

17:46 – Atlético Madrid will be in Group A alongside Bayern Munich. Ooofffff.

17:45 – We’re back! And it’s Pot Two time.

17:43 – This is extraordinarily tedious.

17:40 – We’re still on these Defender of the Year awards, and we’ve just spent two minutes learning how to say Joshua Kimmich’s name.

17:38 – A break from all that excitement now as we learn the winners of the Defenders Of the Year. It’s Joshua Kimmich and Lyon Women’s captain Wendie Renard.

17:36 – Juventus will be in Group G and finally PSG will be in Group H!

17:35 – Sevilla have been drawn in Group E. Zenit are in Group F.

17:34 – In Group C is Porto. In Group D is Liverpool!

17:34 – Group B is Real Madrid.

17:33 – And we’re live! The first team out are Bayern, who will be in Group A.

17:32 – And now to run through the teams in Pot One – the national champions and Sevilla, the Europa League winners.

17:28 Who amongst us doesn’t love a technical procedure? Not I.

17:27 – First though, the obligatory outlining of the rules by a Uefa suit.

17:25 – Here we go! We’re now about to start the draw …

17:23 – Sarah Bouhaddi confirms she’s delighted to be the first recipient of the Women’s award. Manuel Neuer is now in the Geneva studio saying the same. Still a very distinct lack of group stage draw action though.

17:20 – Bayern Munich’s Manuel Neuer wins Men’s Goalkeeper of the Year and Sarah Bouhaddi of Lyon wins Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year.

17:18 – Didier Drogba accepts his award, says the obligatory thank you and is now joined on stage by Florent Malouda. Some more guff about how good they were at Chelsea … but the draw is now incoming.

17:13 – We’ll also learn the winners of the Uefa Awards for the past season – including Men’s and Women’s Player of the Season. First though, Didier Drogba has been named as the recipient of the President’s Award for 2020.

17:10 – For a brief run-down of this afternoon’s proceedings, give Dan Burke’s ‘ Everything you need to know about the Champions League draw’ a read right here.
