The stats of the Premier League distance covered by every club have been released and, surprise surprise, Manchester United have covered less ground than any other side so far this season.

José Mourinho’s men have covered a total of 1162km, placing them at the very bottom of the table.

Bournemouth are top of the rankings at 1256km, with West Brom, Spurs, Watford and Burnley composing the rest of the top five. Current champions, Chelsea sit seventh with 1234km, just below their London rivals Arsenal, whose distance covered totals at 1237km.

The most ground covered by an individual player in this Premier League season so far is awarded to Burnley’s Jack Cork, who has covered a total of 133km in 11 games, and deservedly received a last-minute call-up for England on Tuesday night.

He is followed by Abdoulaye Doucouré from Watford (130km), Brighton’s Pascal Groß (129km) and Dale Stephens (127km), and Nemanja Matić from Manchester United, whose distance covered totals at 128km.
