Thank you, Sara!

Sara Björk Gunnarsdóttir’s time with Juventus Women has come to an end. After two seasons together, in which we celebrated two trophies, the Iceland international departs.

Gunnar arrived in the summer of 2022 after her time at Lyon ended, and she leaves the Bianconere after making 49 appearances and scoring five goals, helping us to an Italian Cup and an Italian Super Cup win.

In this last season, Sara opened up and told her story through a Juventus Creator Lab production, detailing some of the difficulties she had faced in the months before joining the Bianconere.

Thank you, Sara, for the energy and undeniable fight that you put into every game you played in our shirt.
