Team’s Up – Tierney, Tilio and Maeda start for Celtic | OneFootball

Brendan Rodgers has named his Celtic side for this morning’s preseason clash with Estrela da Amadora. The Scottish Champions have been training in the shadow of the Estadio Nacional and continue their preparations for the new season against the Portuguese side.

The Irishman calls upon his returning international stars as well as KT. It is likely that two XIs will compete across the 90 minutes.

Vil Sinisalo starts in goals.

Colby Donovan starts at right back with the returning Kieran Tierney starting at left back. Trusty and McPherson make up the central pairing.

Callum McGregor starts in the centre of the midfield three with Luke McCowan and Reo Hatate.

In attack, Callum Osmand starts through the middle with Daizen Maeda out left and Marco Tilio on the right.

Subs: Doohan, Clarke, Rice, Scales, Nygren, Idah, Yang, Kenny, Inamura, Engels, Summers, Montgomery, Ure, Murray, Forrest, McArdle, Ralston,Isiguzo.
