Team news: Llorente and Rodrigo start for Newcastle clash
Leeds United
Starting XI announced at Elland Road.
Marcelo Bielsa has named his starting XI that will face Newcastle United at Elland Road today, with two changes made following our win over West Ham United on Sunday.
Diego Llorente comes back into the side after his recent suspension with Rodrigo also featuring in the starting line-up, whilst Adam Forshaw and Junior Firpo miss out through injury.
Illan Meslier starts in net for the Whites and he is joined by captain Luke Ayling, Llorente, Robin Koch, Pascal Struijk and Stuart Dallas in defence.
Mateusz Klich will continue in midfield as Rodrigo joins Daniel James, Raphinha and our hat-trick hero Jack Harrison in attack.
Tyler Roberts and Joe Gelhardt are both able to make it back into the squad today and they feature on the bench, alongside goalkeeper Kristoffer Klaesson, Lewis Bate, Leo Hjelde, Stuart McKinstry, Liam McCarron, Kris Moore and Nohan Kenneh.
Forshaw and Firpo join Liam Cooper, Kalvin Phillips, Patrick Bamford, Jamie Shackleton, Charlie Cresswell and Sam Greenwood on the side-lines.
Our game this afternoon is scheduled to kick-off at 3pm. For those not in attendance at Elland Road, you can follow the live Leeds United blog online, here.
