Bristol City defender Taylor Moore has sent a message to Robins fans to say he is “enjoying every minute” of his loan move at Hearts.
The 24-year-old joined the Scottish club on a season-long loan move in the summer and has helped them make an unbeaten start to the SPFL season.
Moore has started all five of Hearts’ league games since his arrival and helped them to climb to second, just one point back from leaders Rangers, eight games into the 2021/22 campaign.
As per Fevs Football Analytics, the stats show that the central defender is imposing himself physically more than he did with the Robins but that his passing and ball carrying remains impressive.
Moore has taken to Twitter to respond and send a message to City fans, suggesting he’s enjoying his time north of the border.
Moore still has more than 18 months left on his current deal at Ashton Gate but his future does appear unclear under Nigel Pearson, who refused to rule out the defender leaving City permanently in future transfer windows a few months ago.
The Verdict
City fans will appreciate Moore’s message and the update he’s provided on life on loan away from the club.
A few seasons ago, the 24-year-old looked set for a key role at the club but he’s dropped down the pecking order since.
If Moore can continue to impress north of the border then he may just force himself back into Pearson’s thoughts but the Robins boss does seem ready to let him leave.
Given how impressive he’s been at Hearts, you feel the Scottish club will be interested if City do look to sell him permanently.
