The Lilywhites confirmed the news via a post on their official club website this afternoon.
The 25-year-old has signed a three-year contract at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Nildén had previously spent the second half of this season on loan with The Lilywhites from parent club Juventus. The defender made 16 appearances for Spurs in all competitions, helping the team to significantly improve their defensive record. Nildén ended her loan spell with an Adobe Women’s FA Cup runners-up medal.
It was always Spurs boss Robert Vilahamn’s plan to add Nildén to his squad on a permanent basis and the North Londoners have now been able to complete a deal.
After completing her Spurs return, Nildén said “I’m really happy. I have enjoyed my time here on loan and I’m now looking forward to the future.
“It’s a Club that has grown a lot over the last few years, they are aiming for the top of the league and, I think, this year we have grown a lot.”
Nildén becomes Spurs’ first signing of the summer transfer window. Head coach Vilahamn is expected to complete further deals in the coming weeks.
