Swansea City are in the market for a wide-man to replace Przemyslaw Placheta, but could end up even signing two, according to the BBC.

After a disappointing Championship campaign last term, the Welsh side are looking for a better campaign next time and have already taken steps to rebuild their team.

Now they are identifying and bringing in players to make improvements to the squad that finished 14th last term.

They are currently in the market for a winger, but could even up even signing two.

No particular name has been identified yet but work has been going on to find a suitable candidate.

With the opening day of the season drawing near though, Luke Williams’ team will have to hurry to conclude deals.

There is also a requirement for a striker and a couple of defenders to be added to the Swansea squad.
