How to use your ticket at the turnstile.

Leeds United face Southampton at Wembley on Sunday 26th May, in the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off final. Fans are advised to arrive early for the 3pm kick-off, with those in attendance offered some useful information below, regarding their digital tickets for the game.

All general admission tickets for Sunday’s final between Leeds United and Southampton are digital, with supporters required to download their digital ticket(s) to their mobile device.

It is imperative that you download your ticket(s) to your mobile device prior to the matchday and prior to arriving at Wembley.

We would also like to further remind supporters to ensure that their mobile device is fully charged in order to access their digital ticket for the game.

The tickets issued for Wembley are used in a different way to which supporters are used to using them at Elland Road. At Wembley, you must scan your QR code UNDER the reader, rather than using NFC technology to hold your phone against the reader.

Please note: Screenshots will not work. You will not be able to gain entry to Wembley Stadium with a screenshot of your ticket.

Steps to follow:

Download your digital ticket to your Apple Wallet / Google Wallet. This MUST be done prior to your arrival at Wembley Stadium. The link to download your digital ticket can be found inside your Leeds United booking confirmation email.

As you approach the turnstiles, open your Apple Wallet / Google Wallet on your mobile device and locate your digital ticket.

At your designated turnstile, you will be required to place your digital ticket on your mobile device UNDER the scanner with the QR code facing upwards. This is different to how some fans may place their tickets AGAINST the scanners at Elland Road to gain entry into the stadium.

Once your ticket has been scanned by the reader, you can proceed through the turnstile.

Leeds United would like to remind supporters that ticket forwarding is not available for this game. Tickets are not transferable and re-selling is not permitted.

A comprehensive Fan Guide will be sent to supporters attending the match in advance of the game.

This will contain lots of useful information including car parking, public transport, accessibility information, bag policy and more.
