Armstrong is currently in isolation following the results of his test, as is Arsenal defender Kieran Tierney and Celtic midfielder Ryan Christie, who are believed to have been in close contract with the player.

Should Armstrong follow the 14 days rule that has been adopted across Europe, the player will miss out on the Chelsea clash.
