Leeds United secured a 1-1 draw against lower division Blackburn Rovers in a pre-season friendly.

The Elland Road club were behind away from home thanks to a deflected free kick from Connor McBride.

But Leeds soon leveled matters thanks to defender Pascal Struijk.

The game was the first major sign of action for most of Leeds' first team players.

The Whites are preparing for an opening round Premier League game against Manchester United at Old Trafford on August 14th.

Leeds take on Fleetwood, Real Betis and Ajax in their remaining pre-season friendlies.
