Wan-Bissaka, 23, joined United during the summer of 2019 from Crystal Palace in a transfer which cost the Red Devils £49.5m, as per Transfermarkt.
Since his arrival in Manchester, the young full-back has featured in 58 matches in all competitions and has emerged as one of the sport’s most defensively reliable talents.
However, according to an odd report from ESPN, United are growing increasingly concerned over Wan-Bissaka’s offensive shortcomings and will turn to the January and summer transfer windows as a way to provide the defender with some healthy competition.
United recently allowed back-up full-back and natural attacker Dalot to join Serie A side AC Milan on a season-long loan (Sky Sports) and ESPN were the first ones to report that Solskjaer has no desire in allowing the Rossoneri to turn the move into a permanent one.
It seems strange how United would allow an attacking full-back to depart on loan with no interest in selling him permanently only to then reinforce the same position a matter of weeks later.
We’re having none of this one, i’m afraid.
