Sheffield Wednesday finally made a transfer breakthrough this week with the signing of Jordan Storey from Preston North End.

Despite playing 20 times for North End across all competitions this season, Storey has been allowed to leave and links up with Wednesday on loan until the end of the season.

Centre-back signings are the priority for Darren Moore this month, which is also the feeling of James Mappin of The Wednesday ‘Til I Die Podcast.

James joined FLW TV this afternoon to discuss the transfer window on the whole, with a specific focus on Storey’s arrival, Sunderland pipping Wednesday to Danny Batth and some of the other rumours surrounding the club.
