Juventus Football Club S.p.A. (“Juventus” or the “Company”) communicates that the review process of the Company’s operational and organizational model started in May 2020 is continuing and, in this context, has appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relator of the Company Stefano Cerrato, who takes over from Stefano Bertola appointed pro tempore in July 2020. The latter maintains the pro-tempore office of “Manager responsible for preparing the Company’s financial reports”, pursuant to art. 154-bis of the TUF, at least until the approval of the Half-Yearly Financial Report at 31 December 2020.

As Chief Financial Officer Stefano Cerrato will coordinate Juventus’ Finance Area, reporting directly to Stefano Bertola, Managing Director of the Business Area.

As of today, Stefano Cerrato does not hold any Juventus ordinary shares.

Still in the context of the review process of the operational and organizational model, the Company also communicates the entry of two new figures directly reporting to the Executive Chairman Andrea Agnelli: Cesare Gabasio as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer and Tiziana Zancan as Chief People Officer.

Stefano Cerrato, after graduating in business and economics from the University of Turin and a master’s degree with monetary and financial focus, from 1992 to 1999 he worked at Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte & Touche S.p.A.) obtaining in 1998 the qualification to act as auditor. After an experience in 1999 as Financial Controller at Textron, from 2000 to 2003 he was Finance Manager at Alpitour. From 2003 to 2013 he worked in the Kuoni Group, with roles of increasing responsibility, first as Chief Financial Officer and then as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member, in Italy and Spain. After a brief experience in advisory, in 2015 he joined Cellularline Group as Chief Corporate & Financial Officer.

Cesare Gabasio graduated from the University of Turin in 1993 and went on to obtain a Master’s in Corporate Law from the University Luigi Bocconi in Milan in 1994. Between 1994 and 2006, he collaborated with Grande Stevens Studio Legale before joining Pacciani Avvocati as partner, where he stayed there for the next decade (2007–2017). He was also an Equity Partner at Weigmann Studio Legale. Gabasio is currently a member of the ECA Legal Advisory Panel (LAP) and an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS).

Tiziana Zancan is a Human Resources professional with over 14 years of experience in leading HR departments in support of business strategies. After gaining a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in “NLP” – Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Zancan joined Whirlpool before moving to FCA. She worked at number of large multinational companies, including Eli Lilly, Pirelli, Comau, Maserati and Gucci, before joining Bottega Veneta as Chief People Officer.
