The Real Madrid squad returned to training following the Champions League win over Shakhtar at the Santiago Bernabéu. Carlo Ancelotti's charges trained at Real Madrid City in the first session ahead of Saturday's LaLiga Matchday 8 meeting with Getafe at the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez (9pm CET).
The players who started the game against the Ukrainians completed a recovery session, while the rest of the squad trained on the grass and worked on pressing drills, possession exercises and contested several games on a reduced-sized pitch. The madridistas rounded the session off with shots on goal. Thibaut Courtois and Dani Ceballos trained indoors.
