Spurs head coach Ange Postecoglou did not hide his respect for Claudio Ranieri.
Following last night’s 2-2 draw between Tottenham and Roma, the Australian manager paid tribute to the veteran coach.
“There is frustration and disappointment because we conceded the 2-2 goal in injury time,” said Postecoglou in his post-match interview with Sky Sport.
“We had many chances to score and win. It was an exciting match, we have to be satisfied with this point.”
On Ranieri, he said, “I’m honored to have met him. His passion for the game is amazing. I think he enjoyed the game.”
“Kulusevski? He wants to improve in all aspects. He can score more goals and he is working on this fundamental.”
“Today he did a lot for us, the whole team worked hard. We should have taken advantage of the opportunities and brought home the victory.”
