Tottenham youngster Archie Gray focused on the positives following his side’s 2-2 draw against Roma this evening in Europa League action.
With a combined 42 shots between them, both teams created numerous chances throughout the match. However, it was Mats Hummels‘ strike in added time that secured the visitors a well-earned point in London.
“It was a tough game. The first 20 and last 20 minutes were tough,” Gray told TNT Sports.
“We had to dig deep but, apart from that, I thought we were good. We played our football and we were good on the counter attack. It’s just that last moment that cost us and we’ve got to do better than that.”
Finally, “It was a good performance and we’ll learn from the mistakes.”
