Bayern Munich and Tottenham have finally agreed a deal that will see Harry Kane move to Germany.
Tottenham Hotspur have agreed to sell England captain Harry Kane to Bayern Munich, according to David Ornstein.
Bayern have been chasing Kane all summer and have seen at least three bids rejected by the Premier League club.
The 30-year-old is out of contract in 2024 and is reportedly unwilling to sign a new deal, putting Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy in a very difficult situation.

Aside from a contract extension, the best-case scenario for Levy was to sell Kane to a foreign club for a huge fee, as opposed to letting the club’s star player walk to a Premier League rival on a free transfer.
It has been reported that the England striker wants a solution before Spurs’ Premier League campaign gets underway against Brentford on Sunday and Ornstein dropped a transfer bomb on Thursday morning, revealing that an agreement has been reached between the Londoners and Bayern.
When all hope appeared to be lost from a Bayern point of view, Ornstein reported that Spurs ‘accepted’ a bid worth ‘more than €100million (£86.4m, $110m)’ on Wednesday.
While there is an agreement between the clubs, Kane has not decided to make the move to Germany.
Ornstein adds that the England skipper is currently ‘enjoying life’ under new head coach Ange Postecoglou ‘and has been leaning towards staying’, so it is not completely unthinkable that he will turn down Bayern, who have had a woeful summer window, losing out on several top targets such as Declan Rice and David Raya.
Kane’s stance is now ‘unclear’, even if a move to Bayern would be an easy way to win a trophy for the first time in his career.
Of course, the opportunity to become the Premier League’s all-time leading goalscorer is appealing, but Kane going his entire career without a trophy would be a crime against The Beautiful Game.
Furthermore, Kane and his wife are expecting their fourth child this year and the idea of packing up and moving to a new country might put the player and his family off.
News of an agreement between Spurs and Bayern was confirmed by German transfer expert Florian Plettenberg, who says Kane is ‘on the verge’ of joining the Bundesliga champions.
