Sporting CP secure Nuno Mendes to new deal amid Man Utd, Arsenal interest

Sporting CP have secured Nuno Mendes to a new deal.

The wing-back has been followed by Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United this year.

Record says Mendes has just signed a new contract at Sporting.

They say the 18-year-old has signed a new deal which includes a revised release clause of £62m, up from £40m previously.

Sporting are adamant they have no interest in losing Mendes in the short-term.
