Spain fans poke fun at Real Madrid-bound Kylian Mbappé during Euro celebrations | OneFootball

Sections of the crowd in attendance at Spain’s Euro 2024 title celebration made use of the opportunity to have some fun at the expense of Kylian Mbappé.

La Roja, of course, are fresh off sealing glory on the continent late on Sunday night.

As much came as goals on the part of Nico Williams and Mikel Oyarzabal proved enough to put England to the sword in the finale of the European Championships.

24 hours on, the celebrations, in turn, have been kicked firmly into gear.

Luis de la Fuente’s squad have taken to the streets of Madrid, to lap up the deserved praise of their beloved fellow countrymen.

And, as alluded to above, in the midst of as much, one player who will soon be plying his club trade in the same city came in for some lighthearted ribbing.

After Jesús Navas was introduced to the raucous crowd, chants of ‘Where is Mbappé? Where is Mbappé’ were heard booming from those in attendance.

This comes after veteran full-back Navas was tasked with keeping tabs on Real Madrid’s incoming frontman, during Spain’s Euro semi-final showdown with France.
