Lyanco signed for Saints from Torino for £6.5million last August and made 18 appearances in all competitions for Ralph Hasenhuttl's side during the 2021-22 campaign. He has a deal to 2025.
Interestingly, Saints owners Sport Republic are in talks to buy Goztepe.
New Saints goalkeeper signing Mateusz Lis is also “very close" to joining the Turkish outfit.
