Goals from Kamaldeen Sulemana and Tyler Dibling ensured a comfortable 3-0 result for the Saints. This means that Southampton's FA Cup run continues for now.

That being said, let's have a look at how each Saint performed against Swansea.

Southampton FC Player Ratings after winning 3-0 against Swansea

Below, are Southampton's starting lineup players ranked on a scale of 1-10.

GK - Aaron Ramsdale : 7

Didn't had much to do against Swansea. Played it safe while passing, and successfully kept another clean sheet in the campaign.

CB - Taylor Harwood-Bellis: 8

Harwood-Bellis is already a contender for Southampton's player of the season. Never hesitated from any physical duels inside his half and commanded the box well.

CB - Jan Bednarek: 7

Once again, Bednarek rose to the occasion and didn't let Swansea put pressure on the Saints. Came close to scoring a header as well but would be happy with his performance.

CB - James Bree: 5

Struggled in the beginning of the game and mostly operated as a left-back.

LWB - Kyle Walker-Peters: 8

One of those games which reflected Walker-Peters' versatility, especially as an extra attacking option. Another reason why the defender must be renewed for a few more years.

RWB - Ryan Manning: 7

Playing out of position, Manning put up a good shift on the right. Assisted Tyler Dibling on his second goal and delivered many quality crosses into the box.

CM- Joe Aribo: 7

Joe Aribo was Southampton's underrated star on the night. Dictated the flow of every Saints attack and recovered a lot of ball possession for the team.

CM- Lesley Ugochukwu: 7

Ugochukwu's Southampton career hasn't been satisfactory so far. Amidst reports of an early Chelsea return, the midfielder worked tirelessly to combine well with Sulemana in his 67 minutes on the pitch.

CAM- Mateus Fernandes: 8

Continuously participated in Southampton's attack and acted mostly as a centre forward. At this point, scoring goals is the only missing thing in his game.

ST- Kamaldeen Sulemana: 9

Arguably, the best performance from Kamaldeen Sulemana in a Southampton shirt. A goal capped off with an assist shows why Arsenal legend Patrick Vieira is keen to sign him.

ST- Tyler Dibling: 9

Tyler Dibling returned to scoring ways with two well taken goals on either side of the break. Many Southampton fans weren't happy that he didn't celebrated much, but his form has come at the perfect moment for the Saints.
