Watford goalkeeper Myles Roberts is catching the eye of a number of EFL sides as he approaches the end of his contract, Football League World understands.

Roberts is currently on loan in the National League with Concord Rangers and has made nine appearances already in the 2021/22 campaign.

The 19-year-old is impressing, too, with his form catching the eye of a number of EFL sides.

Football League World have been told that Birmingham City and Nottingham Forest are two Championship clubs to make checks on the goalkeeper in recent weeks.

Additionally, Portsmouth and Charlton Athletic are keeping tabs, as well as Leyton Orient and Sutton United.

Watford’s preference, though, is to retain the service of the young goalkeeper. He’s out of contract at Vicarage Road in the summer of 2022, which the Premier League side will need to address as interest mounts.
