Liverpool great Graeme Souness says Xherdan Shaqiri and Divock Origi aren't good enough for the Reds.
Jurgen Klopp started the duo up top against West Ham on Sunday after Sadio Mane picked up an injury against Tottenham and Roberto Firmino was left on the bench.
But the Swiss midfielder and Belgian forward offered the Reds very little spark going forward in what was a flat first half at the London Stadium.
At halftime, Souness said on Sky Sports: "They've got nothing up front.
"I'm sorry, Origi and Shaqiri [aren't good enough]. [Mohamed] Salah's up there on his own.
"We're used to Mane taking people on, Firmino sliding clever balls in. What you're getting is what I expected from the other two - not a lot."
