The son of Valencia legend Claudio Lopez is trialling with the club.

Joaquin Lopez is testing with Valencia B, hoping to impress coach Miguel Angel Angulo - a former VCF teammate of his father's.

Joaquin, born in 2004, plays for Belgrano in Argentina. He is a right-sided attacker and can also play centrally.

Inside Valencia, they insist the invitation for trials had nothing to do with his father.

Claudio has been linked with a place on the board and could be interested in moving from Argentina if Joaquin lands a contract.
