Brandon Williams has been given a first Manchester United start by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for Thursday night’s trip to AZ Alkmaar.
The defender has featured once off the bench against Rochdale but is part of eight changes the man in charge makes to the side which drew 1-1 against Arsenal.
Only captain David de Gea, Victor Lindelof and Daniel James have retained their places from that clash three days ago.
Fellow academy graduates Angel Gomes and Mason Greenwood also start in the Netherlands.
