Soccer Aid 2022 is coming and you will have the option to play as the Soccer Aid World XI FC team on FIFA 22.
The game is set to be played at the London Stadium on Sunday June 12th, with the England side taking on the Rest of the World.
Of course, the game in real life will feature a variety of celebrities as well as former players but that cannot be replicated in FIFA 22.
It would be very cool if FIFA could somehow patch Lee Mack or Usain Bolt into the game, but that hasn’t happened yet.
Still, there is the option of using the Soccer Aid World XI FC team in the exhibition mode, and it features a number of icons.
It’s a good way to get to grips with how they play, particularly if you intend to use Icons in Ultimate Team.
Of course, there are plenty of icons in the game, so let’s take a look at the team you can play as.
Goalkeepers: Peter Schmeichel, Edwin van der Sar, Jens Lehmann.
Defenders: Marcel Dessailly, Franco Baresi, Sol Campbell, Ashley Cole, Roberto Carlos, Fabio Cannavaro.
Midfielders: Ruud Gullitt, Luis Figo, Zinedine Zidane, Clarence Seedorf, Roy Keane, Robert Pires, Paul Scholes, Joe Cole, David Ginola, Juan Sebastian Veron, Lothar Matthaus, Claude Makelele, David Beckham, Michael Essien.
Forwards: Gianfranco Zola, Alan Shearer, Ian Rush, Henrik Larsson, Kenny Dalglish, John Barnes, Hernan Crespo, Robbie Keane, Alessandro Del Piero, Eric Cantona, Andriy Shevchenko, Ronaldinho, Michael Owen, Patrick Kluivert, Pele.
That’s quite the assortment of players, and you should be winning every exhibition game you play with this lot!
As we’ve mentioned, the team is only available for use in the kick-off mode of FIFA 22.
