‘So poor’ – Two leading Barcelona stars heavily criticised during Espanyol clash | OneFootball

Barcelona stars Raphinha and Robert Lewandowski have on Thursday evening been singled out for widespread criticism online.

This comes owing to their respective performances in the club’s latest outing.

Barcelona are of course currently locked in action, in a La Liga meeting with city rivals Espanyol.

Hansi Flick’s troops headed into the matchup in the knowledge that an eventual victory would see them officially crowned Spanish champions for the season.

To date, however, the Blaugrana have struggled in efforts towards as much.

And amid these woes, two headline members of Flick’s ranks, as alluded to above, have come in for heavy condemnation.

Raphinha, for one, has been targeted for his decision-making and general lack of impact on Barcelona’s efforts in the final third.

Attacking partner in crime Robert Lewandowski, meanwhile, has been criticised for his link-up play and finishing, accused of prioritising his Pichichi pursuit over the collective good of the team.
