You’ve seen the pictures of Lionel Messi with Lamine Yamal, and now an old photo of tonight’s England debutant Angel Gomes with Cristiano Ronaldo has surfaced.
The 24-year-old was pictured as a Manchester United youth product with Ronaldo and Portuguese winger Nani back in 2008, when he would’ve been just eight years old.

Gomes has represented his country at all international youth levels and will be the first player to represent England whilst playing for a French club since Trevor Steven in 1992.
