Liverpool starlet Harvey Elliott has been ‘begging’ Mohamed Salah to renew his contract

While speaking in an interview as quoted by Daily Mail, Liverpool starlet Harvey Elliott has revealed that he has taken great measures to persuade Mohamed Salah to stay at the club beyond his current contract term.

Mohamed Salah has become the biggest star of the current Liverpool team after consistently putting in sensational performances in the last few seasons. The Egyptian has enjoyed a great 2021/22 season by scoring 31 goals and providing 16 assists in 50 appearances across all competitions.

Despite the breathtaking output, the 29-year-old hasn’t been able to get what he wants from his Liverpool renewal deal. As a result, Salah hasn’t signed any contract extension yet, meaning he would be free to leave the club once his current deal ends with the Merseyside team.
