AC Milan will be without Theo Hernandez this weekend, with the French international to miss the game through injury.
There are a few injury concerns for Milan, which is certainly not news that is needed after this week. However, more has arrived late this afternoon, and another starter will not be present in Rome.
According to Sky, via Milan News, Theo joins the list of players who will be absent for the weekend’s clash due to some bruising on his thigh which is ‘particularly painful’. It is the latest set of bad news to arrive, considering he has been ‘forced’ to miss this game.
Some could see this as a testing point, though. In the past few days, there have been several reports suggesting that the Frenchman will leave the club this summer, so it gives the Rossoneri a chance to test others in this position perhaps.
The obvious contender would be Alex Jimenez, however, he will probably have to play on the right hand side as Kyle Walker is also injured. Perhaps though, Yunus Musah could be entrusted to start the game, which he has done occasionally this year. Should this not be possible, you would imagine some kind of four at the back system, maybe with Strahinja Pavlovic or Davide Bartesaghi at left-back.
