AC Milan are being linked with four different defensive players this summer who can add more depth to the squad, a report claims.
As has been reported by Sky Sport (via Milan News), Milan are aware that they need to add some more depth to their defence this summer but that is not where the majority of the transfer budget will be placed.
The names currently in circulation for the role are Lazio’s Francesco Acerbi, Abdou Diallo from Paris Saint Germain, Bayer Leverkusen’s Piero Hincapie and Bologna’s Arthur Theate.
It has been mentioned that Milan would like to make a signing in the mould of Pierre Kalulu which means a young player who can develop rapidly at the club.
Hincapie and Theate are 20 and 22 respectively which means that they could be pursued more seriously by the Rossoneri.
Acerbi is of course a proven Serie A player but is 34 years old, whilst Diallo is now 26 years old.
