Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho reportedly has two suitors in Serie A who are vying for his services.

The 25-year-old won’t linger in West London beyond the current campaign as Chelsea have opted to pay a £5 million penalty rather than buy the player for £25 million.

The Englishman had impressed in the earlier part of the season, and was hailed for his ‘amazing’ performances by Arsenal legend Ian Wright. However, his momentum dropped as the campaign progressed, and he was eventually reduced to a backup player.

Hence, Sancho will return to Man United next month. Nevertheless, Ruben Amorim has no intention to reinstate him in the squad, preferring to focus on new arrivals like Matheus Cunha and potentially Bryan Mbeumo.

Jadon Sancho has two admirers in Serie A

In recent days, Napoli has emerged as a potential destination for Sancho, but they will seemingly face local competition from one of their arch-rivals.

According to Sky Sport Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Juventus have revived their interest in the former Borussia Dortmund star.

The source recalls how the Bianconeri tried to recruit the England international last summer before falling short in the race.

Di Marzio also reveals that the two Serie A giants have adopted contrasting strategies. While Napoli have contacted the player through his agents, Juventus enquired about the terms by calling Man United.

At this stage, the Red Devils would be happy to offload Sancho regardless of the destination, as they need to raise funds for their summer arrivals.

In addition to the 25-year-old winger, United are determined to sell other stars who are not part of Amorim’s plans, namely Marcus Rashford, Antony, Alejandro Garnacho and possibly Rasmus Hojlund.

The Dane isn’t necessarily on the transfer list, but he could still make way for a new centre-forward, especially amidst Inter Milan’s keen interest.
