Gabriel Martinelli has been named as one of six players who could form part of a clear-out at Arsenal this summer.

Arsenal are chasing the signing of a high-profile left-winger and centre-forward this summer, deals which could cast doubt Martinelli’s future.

The Brazil international scored 10 times in all competitions last season but was criticised for his performances during periods of the season.

German outlet BILD have claimed Martinelli is on Bayern Munich’s shortlist for the summer as the Bundesliga champions look to sign a winger.

Arsenal’s potential asking price for Martinelli is not clear but Sky Sports are reporting the 24-year-old could form part of a clear-out. Reiss Nelson, Fabio Viera and Albert Sambi Lokonga are all up for sale after spending last season out on loan.

The Gunners will also reportedly listen to offers for Oleksandr Zinchenko and Jakub Kiwior, who struggled for regular first-team football last season. Zinchenko started just five times in the Premier League following the arrival of Riccardo Calafiori and emergence of Myles Lewis-Skelly.

Who could Arsenal sign this summer?

Arsenal are currently finalising the €65m signing of Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad with the deal expected to be announced imminently. Kepa Arrizabalaga is also set to join from Chelsea as cover for David Raya in goal.

Mikel Arteta’s plans also include the desire to sign a forward, winger and left-sided centre-back. Benjamin Sesko is the leading option at number nine with discussions ongoing with RB Leipzig over a transfer.

Real Madrid winger Rodrygo has been named as a transfer target but would command a fee in excess of €90m.
