Simone Inzaghi will make six changes to the Inter Milan starting lineup against Cagliari from the team that faced Bayern Munich.

Today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, report that Federico Dimarco, Stefan de Vrij, Davide Frattesi, and Marko Arnautovic will be among those tom come into the team.

Inter Milan take on Cagliari in Serie A this evening.

It will be a hugely significant match in the title race. Inter can hardly afford to drop any points in the title race against Napoli.

But at the same time, Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi is having to balance the team’s league efforts with a massive Champions League quarterfinal tie against Bayern Munich.

The first leg of that tie against Bayern sapped a great deal of energy from Inter’s squad. And there is the second leg just around the corner, on Wednesday.

Inter coach Inzaghi has therefore decided to make a slew of changes to the team.

The Gazzetta predict that there will be six players to come in, in total.

In defense, the newspaper report that Stefan de Vrij will take the place of Francesco Acerbi. Meanwhile, Yann Bisseck will also start.

Then in midfield the Gazzetta report that Davide Frattesi will replace Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

In attack, Marko Arnautovic will start ahead of Marcus Thuram.

And then, on the flanks, the Gazzetta report that it will be a total changeup from the starting eleven against Bayern Munich.

Nicola Zalewski will get his first ever start for Inter, replacing Matteo Darmian on the right.
