Simone Inzaghi Must Cement Winning Mentality At Inter After Showing They Haven’t Given Up, Italian Media Suggest

Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi must cement a winning mentality within the team after showing that neither he or the team have given up in the Serie A title race.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who suggest that it is up to the coach to take the team’s grit in the final matches of the season and build upon it to foster a culture of fighting spirit and ruthlessness.
Inter find themselves running out of time to catch up to AC Milan at the top of the Serie A table, and must now hope that the Rossoneri lose to Sassuolo in order to have any chance of winning the Scudetto.
However, the team have not let their heads drop, least of all their coach, who have approached the run-in of the Serie A season with determination and belief.
The coach will have to look at this sense of belief even in adversity as a key trait to build around as he looks to create strong foundations for his Nerazzurri project moving forward.
