Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi has guided the Nerazzurri to their second Champions League final in just three years.

Meanwhile, the 49-year-old also coached Inter to the Serie A title last season. That is one of six pieces of domestic silverware they’ve won since his arrival in 2021.

There have certainly been ups and downs for Inzaghi at Inter.

However, the overall trend for the coach at the San Siro has been a positive one.

Meanwhile, Inzaghi also enjoyed a very positive stint in charge of Lazio, where he was a former player and then a coach of the senior first team for more than half a decade.

Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi reflected that “Coaching and winning with Inter is simply fantastic.”

“Just as it was with Lazio.”

“But even more important is to stay hungry,” reflected the Inter coach. “The possibility to always feed that sacred fire, which will never go out.”

Meanwhile, Inzaghi also reflected that “I’ve never forgotten where I come from.”

“I’ve always tried to elevate the values of the province [of Piacenza],” he continued. “Which knows how to express rivalry, but also solidarity and a sense of belonging.”

“The desire to stand out,” Inzaghi explained. “Which exalts the value of the family, and then adds it to being competitive.”

“Always in the same way,” the Inter coach reflected. “Without holding back, But within the framework of correctness and loyalty.”
