Giovanni Simeone scored for Napoli as they drew 1-1 with Girona in Wednesday’s friendly.

It was the Liga side who got off to the better start as Cristian Stuani found the back of the net after only 13 minutes.

Just before half time however, Giovanni Simeone levelled things up with a fine finish.

And 1-1 was how it stayed with both sides happy to play out for a draw.

Napoli will now take on Augsburg in their final friendly of the summer on Sunday.
